My grandmother was even my god-mother, we had a very closed relationship. We loved each other so much. She passed away 4 years ago and i still miss her so much. I dream about her a lot. And she always says things to me in my dreams. Once i had a dream she was singing that song to me. And she enphasized that line so much "and it seems to me you lived your life like a candle in the wind". Is it possible that this is a message ?. What could it be ?

I couldn't really tell you but the line says that her life was too brief, and that she had so many gifts to offer. But, like a candle in the wind, it can't stay lit for long. I can say that you must live each day to the fullest, and keep her in your memory. it sounds as of she meant the world to you... think of her in the most joyous occasions of your life and look to her for strength.

Do you know what the song is about, it was written by Elton John about Marilyn Monroe. Maybe in your dream you dream about your grandmother your brain is supplying this soundtrack to point out (from you to yourself) how much you admired her and miss her. It is a very sentimental and touching piece of music at that level

Maybe your Grandmother was telling you that you live life free and that you go with things and are a free spirit. Maybe she loved that about you and doesn't want you to change or be someone your not for another. Or maybe you are doing something destructive to yourself to cause harm and she wants you to stop. either way it is clear you have a strong connection and you need to listen only you know which way she means it.

It probably just means that you like that song and so your brain brought it into your dream. Most likely not a special message.

it does mean that our lives are just like candles one day they will blow out.....but if you believe in god then you have hope for the promise god made to us... that whosoever believeth in me shall have everlasting life...by the way i really do love that song myself... and i have often thought of princess Diana when i hear it.. i have it downloaded on my computer and i listen to it at least once a week.....if you can get a program called frost wire you can download songs you like to hear.....
