I hire all my staff by using career fairs. Please be yourself and answer my questions sincerely and honestly. I can spot a bullshitter from across the room. It is so annoying when people act fake at career fairs. Ladies, please do not wear a lot of make-up or strong perfume. Men, shave your face and shake my hand like you mean it, no limp fish hand shakes. Good luck and I hope you find a great job :)

Research the position(s) you're applying for and know as much as you can about the company(ies). Be dressed and mentally ready for interview(s) and try to give a great impression!
