The commercial I mean usually played during World Cup games on Mexican channels. It was about one of the mexican team's players, (after Mexico lost) and everyone kept giving him dirty looks and stuff. It ended with him crashing his truck into the garage, and then the narrator saying something about All State still being there (or maybe State Farm? one of those insurance companies).

Uh, London Girl, this commercial did exist. I saw it a few times in fact. However, the point of it was that everyone was being mean to this player because his team LOST.

Nobody really makes mexican soccer commericials the teams that get soccer commercials r highly successful teams that r world cup winners bac in time.
