Here, this will asnswer your question:
www.ageofconsent.com
Remember, every state is different, so the people on here just yelling out answers are poorly informed.
Also, statutory rape means that the parents can press charges EVEN IF the child does not cry "rape." However, it is very rare that the male's parent do this, especially if you're only a few years apart. Now if you are 18 and he is 13, this might be different. The law has many grey areas, so proceed carefully!
If you have any other questions, feel free to email me your phone # and I'll call you, OK? ASLANARIAS@yahoo.com I'm an attorney and love to help those in need :)
Hope this helps!

You would have to check the laws in your state. "Dating" might not be illegal - but any type of physical contact that might be sexual is. It's probably best to wait until you are both legal, so you don't get the adult in trouble. The parents of the minor can cause a lot of problems for the adult.

Depends on the younger person's age and what state they live on for what they can do, but if it's casual dating, there should be no legal issue, but it is usually considered to be immoral if the younger party is quite a bit younger, like more than 2 years.

Dating, yes... anything else, no. Check the laws in your local and state laws to see what you can and can't do with a minor.

Depends on where you are from. Do a google search for the legal age of consent in your state. I know in Alabama it is 16, even if someone 16 is sexually active with someone, the parents can't do anything about it!!!

No, but the 18 year can go to jail if you do anything and the parents find out.
