The person you want to be friends with is a complete stranger. How would you go on about making him/her a friend?
For eg. you see a person sitting alone at a coffee-shop reading a book. You feel a sense of attraction towards that person. You want to know more about him/her and at least want to make him/her a friend. How would you start out?

i would go up 2 her and say dat i want 2 get 2 know her becuase she seems like a good person dat i can tell things 2 and meet up with her sumwer and hav a good talk about problems in each others life and try 2 help her out.

Introduce yourself. Shake their hand and find a common interest through conversation. For example, say you both like tennis. Suggest you play together sometime. Then it's up to you from there.
