A friend of mine just got a job at Schwans. I have heard good and bad things. Anyone have an experience they can share?

There is a Schwan's distribution center right around the corner from my house and although I've never been an employee, I know several people who are long time employees of the Schwans Co. They make decent money to deliver food products (about 50-70,000 annually) they have great benefits and get an extremely good discount on their delicious food. Oh yeah, I purchase their food as well and it's great. For those of you who don't what Schwan's is go to their web site.

oh I've had experiences with a Schwans driver, ... but none I'd like to share.
The watermelon sherbet is awesome in the bowl and out. lol

my dad grew up with the schwan family and i've met their kids. very lovely people.
