My uncle has a cable conection 700 kbps but my cousins want to use that conection ... the problem is that the main router .. (where the coaxial cable es connected) is just for wired networks has an Ethernet plug and a usb plug, HERE is the Question, How can I Share That Internet connection (wireless) what hardware can help me? ... thanks...

Simple. Go get a Wireless Router and eBay the wired one. Any of the $30-$40 ones will do just fine as long as it's G and 99% are. The router will have the info on how to set it up and then just make sure you use some type of security, WPA or WEP, WPA-PSK would be my choice. Any notebooks with Windows should see the new wireless network and just follow the wizrds for setting it up.

first check that your router is wireless or wired if its wireless than ask your cousin to buy network adeptor for his/her desktop pc or laptop if he/she has a laptop with inbuilt wirless adaptor he/she has to go through the software cd which came with router install it in the main dasktop computer an follow the instraction its very easy make sure you check that router is wireless or not if its not than you have to extend the coaxial cable to conect the another pc

All you need is a wireless access point which will plug-in to the router and if your cousins' computer isn't already wireless compatible, then a wireless card (PCI or USB for desktop, PCMCIA or USB for laptop). Read all of the docs, set up static IPs, set up security, and you're done.

hi,
you need to check first that your uncle router is wireless enabled or not. if it is enable then your cousin is near this router than he buy one wireless lancard for his Desktop. And need some setup in your uncle router for setting wireless access and that is most imp is security bcoz somebody anonyously assess his router.
If your uncle's router is not wireless enable then buy one minimum 8 port hub or switch and than setup a DHCP server in router for no of ip addresses that access this router.
Than setup this ip addrss & ISP said DNS addrss where you want to acess internet.
