I have a few, but Dazed and Confused is one of my favorites. I also like Freak Talks About Sex. Steve Zahn plays a good stoner in that movie.

Nobody does it better than Cheech and Chong.
No, you don't have to be from the seventies to love them. I was born years after this movie was made and I still love it!

while it's not a stoner movie, the scene in "History of the World", when the 2 Roman Centurians get high after following Mel Brooks and Gregory Hines and their bomber joint in the "rolling papyrus" . . . slays me every time!

Hands down, Jay and Silent Bob. While "Dude Where's My Car" is a riot, it is not a stoner movie...the boys get drunk, not stoned.
