Sounds like plura-see [not sure of the correct spelling but that is how you pronounce it], I don't believe the doctors know what it is or what causes it, either. It also just might be the weather, or gas caught in there. Get checked out! Try a heating pad for about 10 minutes to see if that relieves it, then do an ice pack. You might try an over the counter topical, like aspercream, or jointhritis before you take any kind of pain killer. I don't do drugs, I hate doctors. I hope this helps!

maybe you should if it is that severe. It could very well be a severe spasm OR a pinched nerve. If you go to the ER they can give you something to relieve the pain and to help you sleep tonight.
Maybe before you do that you should try ice and heat. Alternate every hour for 20 minutes each. If it is a spasm or a pinched nerve it will relieve the inflammation.
Good luck. Feel better soon.

We are living on this earth that has less and less supply of oxygen and Hydrogen in some area's this can create a world of micro -worms, they can be in you.
You mite take in food that has high levels of oxygen and Hydrogen this can make it hard for all the micro worms to move around to your back. The worms do not like heat or sea salt or cream of tarter.
They love sugar cane it is the cause of many harm to our bodies, Genesis 1:29 sugar cane does not bear seed. Turn to the food that fix’s that food change listed there.

It might be a slipped disc - I had one and it was soooo painful.
Or perhaps a pinched nerve.
Try alternating heat and cold to see if that helps subdue the pain. For cold, you can use frozen vegetables, like a bag of frozen peas. For heat, boil some water and heat up a towel (don't burn yourself!)

I got a good giggle out of both of those! Lol ttyl

I had a friend who had a similar pain. He had a frayed rotator cuff, but when the pain was so bad he couldn't sleep he went to the emergency room and needed a triple bypass. Go to the emergency room.

It could be muscle strain or an ulcer or the prelude to a heart attack or a cancerous tumour or trapped wind or a sympathetic explanation from your doctor that it is part of an anxiety neurosis and nothing to worry about. So go and see him!.

If you tried to lift something heavy, it might be a strain, slipped disk or worse. It could be kidney stones or pinched nerve. You have to have that checked professionally. You should visit a general practitioner first and based on X-ray results, he may have to refer you to a chiropractor. You should not delay and do not try to fix it yourself; you might make bad matters worse.

I'll bet you are pregnant. Doesnt matter that you are a guy. Seems everyone on here thinks they are pregnant. Or could be. Or might not be. Or how does it happen.
Sorry. Emergency, here you come, unless you can find a chiropractor who is open right now.
