Actually, I think I'll try that on my mother-in-law... except she doesn't call she just comes over to our house and barges through the door without knocking. I'm going to close the door of whatever room I'm in and start moaning like mad. *LOL* Thanks for the idea.

I would only point out that most bill collectors like to "metaphorically" do to you what you suggest pretending to be "literally" doing when they call.

Absolutley! I know they're laugh-in when they call at 8 in the morning or during dinner.

If someone I don't know calls and asks for someone I don't know, i.e., wrong number, I always say "hang on, I got my d1ck in their mouth" then hang up.
