I have a 2006 Honda Civic, I heard Seibon makes the best carbon fiber hood. Do I really need a hood pin?

no you don't but I would recommend it carbon fiber flexes More than steal so having three points of attachment at the front of the hood would be a good idea

I believe the manufacturer of the hood should have that information regarding the best installation and maintenance procedures. Ask and they should tell.
