I've been looking at 12" cabinet saws on E-bay, there are a few available in 10". Lots of contractor style saws.

Try contacting Delta directly. Website, Tech assistance. You are interested in purchasing a re-manufactured table saw from DELTA. They may have a waiting list for re-manufactured items and you want to be on that list. Re-manufactured items cannot be sold to the general public as new items so there for they will not ship them to normal stores that sell their product.
