2.....Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, from the 1950s TV show "The Roy Rogers Show". Dale was Roy's wife, and wrote the theme for the show, which was called "Happy Trails To You"
3.....Paul McCartney and Jane Asher, who was his girlfriend instead of me, throughout the sixties.

1. Robert Duvall and I Dont Know... Great great actor...in the "godfather" & tons of other movies (so I lead a sheltered life, I got most of them didn't I?)
2. Roy Rogers and Dale Evans...Dale was Roys second wife. His first wife died.
3. Paul McCartney and Jane Asher..Almost married before Linda came along
4. Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy...my favorites when I was a kid.

I think Ryan W is the first to get the full sequence right -- but I do find it odd that the title for #3 says paul_lind.jpg when it does seem to be Paul & Jane Asher -- hmmmm.
