Both sexes have equal numbers in humans. Dogs and other carnivores have a penis bone giving males the edge. I suppose a 3rd trimester pregnant woman has twice the usual number, at least until she delivers the baby......

Actually I think men have more ribs, because women need the extra room for pregnancy.
