What are the stores to go to find cute, not to expensive skirts, dresses, or just cute clothes?

im an H&M fanatic...the clothing is reasonably priced and its pretty trendy and a bit original at times.
i really do prefer H&M over anywhere else. but if i cant find anything there i like to go to old navy. they have cute skirts and dresses and clothing. and they also go up to pretty big sizes if your not a small girl , wich is nice for some people.

American Eagle and Old Navy have really cute things. In the past year Old Navy has went down to a discount store so you can find alot of cute items on sale. Good luck!

Forever 21. You can find clothes and accessories there for really good prices. There are a lot of novelty pieces that you can't find at other stores. It's super trendy at times, but you won't be out much money. I love it.

forever 21, and buckle - Buckle is great if you spend 100.00 you get REALLY cheap overnight shipping, great quality clothes - great sales.
