Whenever you want, why do you ask???

your bedtime would depend on your schedule.

I have little ones to get out in the morning as well as myself.

I usually go to bed between 10 & 11 (10-6 or 11to7 =8hrs) 10/10:30 most nights-This gives me time to get everyone, including me up & out the door w/ a little wiggle room to spare for those unexpected happenings like a button fallling off or someone spilling breakfast on themself. I hit the sack around 11or so on the days hubby is off so I have some alone time w/ him & extra help w/the am routine.

Some people need less sleep than others so you need to gauge it according to your body clock.

The question is really how much sleep should you get. It doesn't matter when you go to bed or wake up. People's sleep requirements vary. It depends on how physically strenuous your activities are. Some people just don't seem to need much sleep. I wish I was one of those people. I can't get by without an average of 9 hours a night.

depends on what time you have to wake up in the morning. I fyou have a job to go to that has a steady "punch-in time" then you should count back from that time how long it takes to get there, how long it takes for you to fully wake up and get dressed in the morning, and then from there add eight hours.
