Hi! They actually have some kind of drops you can put in them. You would probably have to buy the from some type of pool store, but they may have them at a wal-mart or something of that nature. I don't know the exact name of it, but the bottle said that it would keep goggles from fogging up.

be conscious: in no way wipe contained in the goggles 'cos the anti-fog textile will be bumped off. to receive the utmost income, shop lenses loose from dirt and grease. After each use, wash your goggle gently in sparkling chilly water. do not wipe or rub the contained in the lens of the goggle. Use anti-fog drops jointly with "Speedo® Anti-fog" drops to develop the life of the fog resistance. i have heard blend of glycerine and diluted dishwashing liquid will artwork as an anti-fog textile ,too.

I usually either spit or use toothpaste. Have a trial size tube of really generic cheap stuff in my dive bag....and on the boat or at the beach before I get in the water I smear a little around. By the time my gear is on and I'm in the water, it's dry and I rinse it out. Works great (of course, if I forget I always have some spit on hand....but it also needs to dry in the mask as well).

If your goggles are new, they will most likely have an anti-fog coating already on them if they are of any quality at all. It should last for months if you don't wipe the inside of the lens.

You can be sure this one will work.I've experienced it myself and it really works. Before getting in the water, drop 1or2 drops of shampoo in each of the two lenses, and smear it with your finger all around the lens. Then you should rinse it,without really washing the liquid (I mean you shouldn't wipe the liquid out completely).Sorry about my bad English.I hope I could be of assistance.

the oldest trick in the book is to spit on the lenses and rub it on the inside surface. Many skuba divers do this before entering the water.
