Well there is time which the 4th dimension.
But if you are talking about spatial dimensions, according to String theory there is. In order for string theory to work there needs to be more dimensions then the 4 we know of. The current idea in string theory (M-theory) there is 11 dimensions. 1 of time, 10 of space. The idea is that that these extra dimensions are so small and curl up that we go round and round in them without ever realizing it. But that string are so small they can travel through them, and that limits how a string vibrates, which give rise of the properties of the elementary particles.
Now if that is true, we don't know. String theory hasn't been fulling worked out, and has yet to make a testable prediction.

There are a total of 8 dimensions and at the moment we know 4, three describing the space and the 4th being time. To know more about this read books on Relativity, Quantum physics and String Theory.

Yes, I do think there are more than 3 dimensions. How many dimensions does it take to be able to move in one direction--any direction--and always end up back where you started?
Scientists are always trying to find the smallest thing they can, and trying to unify the forces (gravity, electromagnetism, and the strong and weak nuclear forces).
I think Einstein already answered the Theory of Everything by linking mass and energy together with the speed of light (squared).
Ultimately, everything is made of the same stuff, vibrating at different frequencies or with different "spin" or moving at different speeds.
You can arrive at the same anwers through physics or metaphysics. The important thing is what you do with this moment. Now.
You're always getting either better or worse.

Time is a 4th dimension, so there are more than three.
I'm not informed enough on String Theory to help out any more than that, though. Sorry.

YES! Time is the 4th dimension. In the book " The Bible Code" it talks about an ancient religious texts that states that there is a fifth dimension. They call it a depth of good and a depth of evil.

I think there are infinite dimentions. Time exists, it is scientificly agreed that seporate areas of the universe time flows at diffrent rates. This being fact, then time travel would have to be fathomable. That being said past-travel paradox would be fact, that being said the only way we could exist is if there were multiple dimentions, that being said it would make no sense if there were less than infinite dimentions.
In a nutshell, because time exists, yes.
Whats that about strings?
