Yeah. Most of us do.
A response to such an action goes something like this--
"Hello?! My eyes are up here!"
Generally, the more attractive (physically or because of your personality) the guy, the more we try to be nice about it without letting them think it's alright. Also, the more self-respecting we are, the more often that we'll even take action. A girl with no self-respect or self-worth, for example, is more likely to bat her eyes at you and look either sexy or cute, or just do nothing. Some girls, if they find you extremely attractive or extremely scary, will be truly shy, maybe blush, and do what they can to stay away from you.
When you talk to a girl, especially an attractive one, don't take time out to stare at her body. You'll gain points by maintaining eye contact, and even the shyest of them will be encouraged to stick around by your respect for them.

I think it depends on the person. I am NATURALLY big in that area I prefer when I get sincere looks of admiration that first reach my eyes. I think that fathers do not teach their sons to admire women respectfully anymore. Even if that is the only thing that he feels is to be admired in a woman. I think that a man should "check out" a woman when he is not in plain view so that he can then decide if he wants to make his presence noticed. If he finds more than just her chest attractive, he should let his presence be known (RESPECTFULLY). He should then try to focus on her eyes, if it works out THEN he can stare all he wants at her ONLY of course. At least in her presence...

Honestly, it depends on many things: what kind of mood I'm in, who's doing the staring, if I feel sexy that day, etc. But, it can get really annoying when you are trying to say something, and some guy is just staring at your boobs.

I agree with Miss Cindy Loo.
I've got em' and if I don't want you to look at them I will keep them covered.
Don't put them out there in barely there clothing if no one is suppossed to see them. I mean come on. Doesn't make sense. You walked outside in attention getting outfits...why are you mad that you're getting the attention for.

sometimes i do .. when it is like an old guy .. but when it is a young hot dude i dont! i feel like i get a boost .. like i feel really good because that guy is staring at me and he is reallllyyy hot! sso it gives me a boost of self-e-steem and it makes me feel pretty
