A thin piece of metal that curves inward until slapped on the wrist, when it wraps around it, covered with cloth or plastic.
I remember when they first came out and we collected as many as we can and wore them all the way up our arms. Now I feel old ;)

Well back in the day when they first came out, they were made of the same stuff they make metal blinds out of (the aluminum blinds for windows). Then they just cover those with cloth. Only problem was, people were cutting themselves with the metal.
