I am very curious as to what additional features the next Ipod will bring to the table. If anyone knows what it will be, please, enlighten me.

Wifi and maybe Bluetooth...You will be able to download music without plugging it into a PC/MAC! (The Bluetooth capability will probably just slow the ipod down so I dont think they'll put that in it yet.)
They could be out anywhere from September to Christmas!
Microsoft is finally gonna try and compete up against the iPod!
(it will feature a bigger screen than the iPod Video, have built-in WiFi too...for downloading music without a PC, and Microsoft will work with music and TV content providers to build an iTunes Music Store competitor)

Bigger Screen, hopefully capabilities to actually read other files, such as .doc, or ebooks
the Sony eReader actually looks promising as the new tech toy, except for the stupid proprietary thing Sony seems to love. It's killing them too.

theres been rumors that ll have a 3.5 in screen diagnaly and a vitual scroll wheel on the screen i like it it looks pretty good but once agian i rather have better sound quality than looks

probably a brain implant...you just think of a song you want to hear and it starts to play in your head...then a satellite will track your thoughts and send you a bill for 99cents a song.
