YES without a doubt!
Even my Mom said they could find anyone, & she's in the Military (high ranking too)!
She says they haven't found Bin Laden b/c "they" don't WANT to.
:-p

Depends, they have a pretty good skip tracing program so if you use any credit card or debit card it will tag where you are. If you have a cell phone within distance of a tower they can get within 50 or so feet of you, if it has GPS they can get within 10 feet or less.
However if you have no technology and can get by without it, it would be hard to pin point you. Even with spy satalites it is hard to find a single person on the globe. So turn off you cell phone and pay cash, you can disappear for a while.

Usually they can and do--if they're in the US, but the government is always looking for tons of people at the same time, and it becomes difficult.
But if a person is suddenly famous and missing and the US puts its entire might behind finding them, they're usually caught. Look at the Runaway Bride thing. She was found because everybody recognized her.

100% yes! I'm not from U.S meaning i live in the U.S but not a citizen. What i have learnt about this country is that when it puts it's mind on something it can acheive it due to one word "POWER". This country is capable of anything and if all the policitcs and ego get's out of a politician's mind then it is possible.

Yes. Driver licences, IRS records, phone records, even mailing list information. However, it can be difficult, as evidenced by the more than 1 million fugitives in this country.

The FBI has a fair record for finding people who are in the country. They couldn't find Rudy, or DB Cooper, though.

If someone hid and was cautious, there are just too damn many people out there for big brother to find them. However, most people are careless.
