they'll never let thay happen the u.s. will just place a few IRBMs there to placte them. just like during the cold war when put put nukes in out european bases.

Here are some options:
- We COULD impose sanctions on them. That may hurt their economy and cause the people to rise up against their leaders.
- We COULD withdraw all of our troops now and watch a bloody civil war break out. They'd be too busy with that to develop a nuke program
- We COULD let them develop the program...and THEN say "SEE, SEE, they've got WMD's!!!"
I think our current regime would choose option 3.

they will not be allowed. we will make them sign a status of forces agreement (SOFA) that will spell out what the government of Iraq will be like and if they don't our military will take full control until they do as they are told. that is what happens to the loser in a war.
