Eat less than 1000 calories a day, but not less then 800. Do aerobic exercise only if you do not want to build muscle. 110 is on the low side of average for your height, but it okay. Eating three chips a day, however, is not a healthy way to lose weight and will just shut down your metabolism and immune system leading to more problems than I think you're interested in. Also, when you start eating a little more your body will go into survival mode and store as much fat as it can. So, it's healthier for you to diet properly and exercise.

The more you skip meals the more weight you will gain, promise. You will only be hungrier and once you start eating again your body will be so starved that it will gain weight from anything you put into your mouth after only eating one meal a day. Therefore, you seriously need to get back to three meals a day. your metabolism is what controls weight and your metabolism refuses to work if it is not fueled regularly by a constant diet. Your diet is in no way healthy. Eat breakfast, try Special K bars which only have 90 calories and taste really good. Eat lunch, try a salad or vegetable wrap. and eat dinner, try pasta with a side salad and bread. And, of course, move around. your metabolism works like a muscle in that the more you excersize the better shape it is in. that is why people who run constantly can eat so much. I am 5'2 and 120 lbs. as well. For your height the healthy weight is 122. try to maintain, not lose weight. no need to be a stick, guys aren't attracted to that no matter what the media will tell you. if you need anything else, email me, I've been in a very similar position as you and I know alot about weight/food/nutrition.

The very best way to loose weight is to eat small portions. Really all you have to do is stay away from fast food restraunts and snack food. It is dangerous and has long term health problems to diet improperly.

120 is on the low side of a good weight for 5'3".

At 15 you are becoming a woman and this is a difficult transistion. The child body you are used to changes so fast that you don't have time to adjust to it mentally. We all have to accept our bodies, but with good eating habits and excercise it really helps to maintain a figure that you are happy with.

Obesessing about your wieght could potenially be a problem. If you start forcing yourself to throw up and look at yourself in a size 5 thinking that you are fat, you should get help, but what you are feeling about yourself is normal. Alll you can do is accept yourself as you are.

no, that's not safe. and if they're chips, that's not even considered a meal! there definitely not safe. eat more healthy foods, exercise. you don't even have to do that much! take a quick walk around the neighborhood in the morning, eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but make it healthy! a lot of people eat salads for every meal, and lose a LOT of weight that way. they just get like ranch dressing, some lettuce, some diced chicken, and you can add all the topping you want! sliced carrots, tomatoes, cheese, the possibilities are endless! and if your not lactose intolerant, they drink at least one glass of milk each day. about 16-24 ounces of milk would be equal to one small meal! so get to eating, you'll look great! and for breakfast, try some fresh fruit, for lunch, try a salad, as long as the chicken is pure white, and not fried, it's pretty good, or a fruit salad with yogurt. and for dinner, try sushi, or rice. and for dessert, try fruit cab bobs, they are good. you can even make dip out of yogurt. and drink lots of water, drink 8 ounces before every meal, 8 ounces during your meal, and 8 ounces after every meal. you'd be surprised on how much weight you'll lose. and if your a girl, boys like a bit of curve, not just a stick to hug. if you want to lose weight, not eating is not the right thing to do! remember, 'your body's a temple, your a prize, let no one tell you other wise'. great quote. if it's a temple, treat it with respect, and don't abuse it, Because that's basically what your doing.

Your body mass index determines your weight depending on your height. At 5 ft 3' and 120 lbs your BMI is approx 21.3. Normal BMI for you is between 18.5 and 24.9. This means that you are the proper weight based on your height. You shouldn't try to lose a single ounce. If anything you can gain a few pounds.

You need to start eating healthy. 3 chips is not healthy at all. In fact skipping meals can actually make you gain weight. You need to eat as many times a day as you possibly can as this aids in metabolism. Just choose wisely what you put in your mouth. make healthy choices not stupid ones like a candy bar a day. A healthy body is derived from a combination of things including proper nutrition, excercise, adequate water, adequate sleep etc.

Why do you want to be 110? and eating 3 chips a day isn't safe at all...chips are greasy and full of fat......you need to eat 3 steady meals a day. breakfast, lunch, and dinner. rotate your meals with a different type of food each night. Say, Friday nights have pizza(with everything) for dinner. Lunch, make a sandwhich(bread, meat, cheese, lettuce/tomatoes...etc...and breakfast, make some eggs, with toast/hashbrowns, and a glass of water/milk/orange juice. eating the same thing everyday isn't healthy for you at all either. You shouldn't have to be losing any weight at 15 years old. we all have expectations of how we want our body to look and be, but at a such young age, your more at risk to develope a lower immune system or Balimia/anorexic....let me tell you with experience. I'm a mother of a 2 year old boy. during my pregnancy I gained 60 lbs, by the time I had my son i was 180lbs!! after I had him I lost most of it and went down to 145. Well it took me about a good year to lost 25 lbs just to get to 120lbs..you have to stay active, and eat healthy. 129 and 5/3 isn't bad at all. Right now i'm 130 at 5'0, which is actually average for my height. So yourself you should be around 140-145. You don't want to be super skinny, thats just sick, and people don't like looking at that.

You are not eating healthy at all! you are risking your health and you could become anorexic if you are not careful. To lose weight the healthy way you need to eat plenty of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water, eat a balanced meal at least 3 times a day. If you eat right your body will be at it's ideal weight. But you also need to work out. Do aerobics of some sort 3 - 4 times a week and lift weights a couple times a week. remember muscle weighs more than fat so you really need to go by your measurements, not your weight! Good luck!!

Hi, firstly being bulemic/anorexic is not something you chose, it is a mental illness, with serious health implications. If you think you have an eating disorder, please tell someone. Being 110lb is not unhealthy as such, but the way you are attempting to be this weight is. You need to eat either three proper meals a day or 5 small meals and at least 1000-1500 calories if losing weight. Do not go under 1000 calories per day! HTH.

Never eat only one time a day. It slows your metabolism down. If you eat about 6 very small meals a day, more like snacks then your metabolism will speed up. Eat a small breakfast lunch and dinner but also eat like an apple or a banana in between and excercise of course. You need fiber, which will help clean out alot of waste. Don't cut too many carbs because that gives you energy. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies and drink as much water as you can. Cutting soda and other drinks alone could help alot. When my sister had to go on a diet for diabetes reasons, she had to cut out sugar completely and anything with corn. Then at the same time she happened to be playing sports and running alot. She is about your height and went from a size 9 back to a 1 in jeans. It is hard to cut out sweets but if you are serious about weight lose then it is worth the sacrifice. But I think that you should be happy with your size and not be 'standard'. Just be healthy and happy with yourself. My sister is back in a size 9 because she chose to be lazy and eat sweets all the time, but she does not care that she is not skinny like she used to be. When someone tells her she could drop a few pounds, she tells them what they need to lose. Everyone has something they aren't happy with but no one is supposed to be perfect. Don't try to endanger you health for anyone elses sake.

Eating once a day is unhealthy. If you want to lose weight, try eating 6 small meals throughout the day. BUT make sure you cover the 4 food groups. My daughter is 5'3" and weighs about 100 lbs - this is natural for her - she is small framed. You shouldn't be weighing yourself on a scale---you need to be comfortable with yourself. Your diet is not safe and yes, you could be in for trouble.
