Hey ciara,

In Microsoft Excel, the answer is Alt-Enter. I don't know what it is for MS Works though.

If you are using MS Works, why not upgrade to OpenOffice?

OpenOffice is free!

OpenOffice is compatible with Microsoft Office (the full version).

You should just be able to do that by pressing the space key if you have the cell set to a wide enough width to accept both the first and second line of text.

Works for me anyhoo. :)

Try shift-enter, if that doesn't work try ctrl-enter.
