Where can I get a cell phone family plan online?

without having the credit check? 500 deposit I cant do it Someone told me to take a survey but did not know if I could get a family plan and that is how they got their phone no c.check or nothing any suggestions

t-mobile has the cheapest family plan.... they have low coverage of areas. But has best signal than cingular.... or go into nextel... walkie talkie and GPS tracking system...

www.t-mobile.com either one will work I think
