Depends on what area.
Northwest Phoenix, or the Glendale area can run $1000 or more a month.
North Phoenix can be about the same, usually $700 and up.
East Phoenix and Scottsdale is about $900 and up.
Just north of Phoenix, like around Metro Center Mall is about $700 and up.
Central Phoenix can be about $600 and up.
Downtown Phoenix and the Biltmore area is real expensive. It can be about $1000 or more.
West Phoenix is about $600 or more.
Mesa and Chandler are about $700 or more.
You should really look at some apartment websites. Apartments.com is a good one. That's the one I always use to look at them. You can narrow it down to what section of Phoenix you want and what amount of money you want to spend. Good luck!

About $700-900. The cockroaches are free. Your electric bill will be $225-275/month, in the East valley (Mesa, Tempe, Chandler). Stay out of APS (ArizonaPublicService) areas---electric is third highest in the USA.
