Depends if your frind still has a thing for him. If she has moved on and she already has another guy and especially if she is in love with the new guy she should not have issue with it. There is always gonna be that weired feeling but oh well she'll get over that. Make sure you tell her first before you do anything if you want her to remain your best friend.
