california is pretty rude. but, people are rude everywhere. you still feels the same no matter where you are

I haven't been to that many states, I guess some parts of Southern California, even though I'm from there. I find in other states people are a lot nicer especially in the midwest.

I think it has nothing to do with what states have the worst people cause regardless, there are jerks out there whether it's new york, California, or any other state

I don't know. But apparently whatever state you come from considering that it's pretty rude to ask people to measure the rudeness coming from other states.
