In my relationship my boyfreind has always been the obessive one and I am always the "guy", tonight he wanted to go dancing w/ some freinds, which never bothers me, but tonight it did. He always asks me if I want to go. Tonight he metioned if I wanted to go, but then automatically changed his mind and said, "or do u want to have some space" (that came out of nowhere and he nevers want sapce). I was trying to tell him i wanted to go, but i got the point that he didn't want me to go. This is like the weirdest thing in the world. He never does this. Why would he not want me to go? Dose he want space? or does he want to go hook up w/ other girls? I never care, but since he's always the one to be caring, it's a weird feeling for him to do this.I don't want to make any judgements or start something that was never there, but i just want outside information and/or opinions.

Maybe he's trying to turn the tables around on you, trying to get some power back, trying to be the "guy". Dont sweat it. Keep doing what your doing. If he's cheating you will find out. He is just probably trying to shift the balance of power, dont let him.

Yes, he wants to be with other girls. He's tired of putting all of your needs before his. He is dried up and full of dust, and just can't handle being the giver to your taker anymore.

He's probably not going to meet anyone in particular, nor is he neccessarily going to go look for someone. He's just trying to get his life back.

Don't sweat it. If he is going to cheat he going to do it no matter what. If he does then leave him. There are plenty of guys out there.
