These are little white bumps on the crown of your penis... This is not an STD. I've done a search and it said that 4 out of 10 men have this and it is common among men who are uncircumcised.... thats me.

often times when ur uncircumcised u have infections a lot more than a guy that isnt circumsised id see a doctor about as hard as that is it will do u more good than harm.

I doubt toothpaste will help, it will probably just hurt you. If they really bother you, the doc can burn them off with dry ice (same way they remove warts), that will hurt a LOT but it isn't expensive.
