I have actulaly had this happen to me a number of times, especially during a certain period of years in my life, from both men and women, of all ages.
I would smile (sincerely and graciously), and say thank you.

Well, I would say thank you if it was a normal person, but would just smile and look away if they looked creepy or I got a bad vibe from them.

depends on many different things...
if in a PMS mood.... he better pray to what ever god he believes in
if he's cute.... i think he's high
if he's high.... i look for the cops
if he can purr i turn back to my comics and giggle at him till runs in fear (giggling can be a sign of insanity... or not)
ok i am up late, ingesting chocolate and laughing at comics i can relate to... kind of... so my mind is a bit bent

Smile at them and say thank you, and then make sure that they saw the wedding ring on my finger!!! I'm a one man woman, you can look, but that is all!!!

Its a little flattering, but oddly creepy and embarrassing. I would probably say "thank you" with that girlish giggle.
