Even if Zidane didn't get ejected France still would have lost in penalty kicks. If he was still in the lineup, Zidane would have been the 4th or 5th player to attempt a kick. France would not have a player play for 120 minutes and then have him kick first or second. France would get Zidane as much rest as possible.The 2nd kicker for France still would have hit the crossbar with Zidane in the lineup or not.

RJW. Henry took himself out of the game because he was exhausted. I didn't see the French player wink at the Italian bench but if he did, maybe it's he's gay...like your game fixing theory.

They're crying because they think they might have won with Zidane in the second overtime and avoided settling the game with the penalty shoot-out. They should be crying because their hero lost his poise at the most crucial point of the most important game in soccer. He all but gave the Italians the World Cup as the result.

If they would have had Henry to kick instead of that guy who hit the crossbar they would have tied
