What would you want to purchase from a downtown convenience shop that offers nice wine, coffee, snacks, etc. This shop will also have a 'living room' for hanging out and chatting with friends.

I want to make sure that I have everything available that people want to buy when they're in my store.

The best way to find what will work is to vist a few shops around your area. Another good way is to simply throw a thing or two our there once a week and see how it sells. I know that baked goods are good only if they are good. So many shops sell things that are tasteless and overpriced.

Another good tool for your business is outlined in my "protect and grow your business" 360 blog

Good luck, sometimes trial and error is the best tool, but research will definately lower the cost of the error.
