I live in Australia and for some reason My family had christmas in july last weekend, it was random!
Well Our December Christmas is in summer and its generally about 35-40 degrees celcius on christmas day.. And right now its supposed to be winter and Its still about 25 -30 degrees celcius.. So hot christmas all year round here lol!

This is a phrase that retailers like to use frequently. The summer months are some of the slowest in retail. It is the time of year when fall things are beginning to come in (clothes, cars, etc.), and they are having to get rid of the spring and summer things to make room. So, in order to boost sales and get rid of overstock, they use the Christmas in July tactic. The prices are so good you can shop early for Christmas, or you get so much for so little that it feels like Christmas. You get the idea.

Because most people want to start buying gifts in the early parts of the year. So the stores started advertising specials in July since it is in the middle of the year. Go figure.

I think it's from hard-core crafters that need a 6 months to knit everyone sweaters.

Seriously. Google christmas stockings and you'll see what I mean...they are slaves to the needles.

i thank it is cool to do it in july. we did it down at the campground evey year. all the people in the park love it becaues it is a time to be around the friends u love to be around with. all the kids that come to campgronds like too. because it is different.
