Gastroschisis is an off-center abdominal wall defect, but a similar condition is called an omphalocele which is a membrane covered defect. Both are quite amenable to neonatal surgical repair.

a woman i went to HS (we are in our 30's now) had a touch one with this problem. i recognize she did a range of of drugs when we graduated and went down a depressing course. the toddler became born like this in outcome of her drug use. sorry, i do not recognize the call of the problem although!
