be strapped onto a spinning wheel and have flaming hatchets thrown at you....or.....be told to run and have a man eating tiger set free behind you?

Well if I can mess with the circumstances then I'd be happy with either.
For the spinning wheel. I would chose a steel wheel with me on the oppostite side of the thrower and the thrower would be my 71 year old grandpa.
For the tiger I'd be fine with him being set free if I can be behind a fiberglass wall in a cage in front of him.

In reality, I would think my chances of survial would be greater with the spinning wheel because my saftey is dependent on human error which is safer for me than trusting I can disrupt the natural habits of a wild animal So I pick the spinninng wheel.

the second one because at least you would have a chance to defend yourself by kicking the tiger or hitting it with rocks or sticks.

I'd rather drink poison or if poison is not available, jump into the nearest body of water and drown myself!
