Yes I do. That is exactly what I think and I don't see how anyone could believe otherwise.

Every time there is a drought, it is because the government has taken up such a love of drought.

Whenever there is a big snowstorm that grounds all kinds of aircraft and puts major cities in deadlock, once again, it was the government that did that.

The government may be able to control men's minds, but weather patterns are not subject to delusions.

Nobody controls the weather , not even the goverment. But...if they passed laws that made us and companies take care of the environment by lowering the emissions of green house gasses in time global warming would be effected, but it's not like flicking a switch or turning a dial.

I don't know about the government, but I understand President Bush can create hurricanes and point them to where he wants them to go.

Seriously though, there has been some experimental work done to try and cool down a hurricane to dissipate them. The areas are too large on these storms for any thing they've come up with to be effective.

No, if it did then all the countries we have a beef with would be under water from floods or starving from droughts. The weather is too big and dynamic for anyone to control.

the government has as much control over the weather as you do.

No. Well, they probably try, and cloud seeding sometimes helps make some rain, but on a large scale, no. The mathematical numbers just make it too expensive and if they changed it in one area, they would just mess up something they didn't want in another area. Too chaotic and unpredictable beyond a day or two.
