I have had a lot of luck with taking Bee Pollen. By taking Bee Pollen you build up an immunity to those allergens, making you less likely to have reactions like sneezing, runny nose, itchy, watery eyes, etc....

Allergies are actually an attack on your immune system where toxins are building up at your liver, you need to do a liver cleanse, but I would first recommend the 7 day intestinal cleanse with oxypowder, with Germanium 132. It works, and will keep you from having allergies. It actually oxegenates your insides! Go To:
http://www.oxypowder.com
Also, I recommend the book by Kevin Trudeau: "Natural Cured THEY don't want you to know", This is a MUST read! You wouldn't believe the chemicals they put into our food that harm us, make us sick. You can find that at Amazon.com, or ebay, or your local Borders book store. There's more, but get the book if it is the last thing you do!
next, check out:
http://www.organicconsumers.org and read about Monsanto & who is behind them, & what "they" did in Aniston, Alabama to the people.
Use Organic vinegar to clean around your house, good luck! I hope that I have helped you in any way with you & your allergies. Have a wonderful weekend!

Absolutely! First off, Nettles are a specific for allergies and have an added bonus of being nutritional. Flax seed oil has an anyihistamine as well, and Chammomile is also recommended for allergies. I have people with allergies on Nettles, Flax seed oil and Licorice Root (this last because allergies affect the liver and Licorice Root is great for the liver) with the addition of Chammomile at bedtime if need be. I hope this helps. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions. Best of luck!

I have heard of people taking alfalfa pills to help. Other than that, the home remedies are antihistamines.

Clean your house. No offense, but it's germs in the house that cause most allergies.
