well it depends how you lost it, in normal cases in regular sex it might swell and a bit redness around the vaginal opening, in rare cases you lose it in a big orgy which will cause the lettuce (labia minora) to hang out just kidding maybe by the second orgy.
what ever you do never reinsert the penius back into the vagina if it goes into the anul cavity (your *** HOLE) clean well first or you may get infection in your vagina. If you do get an infection use monistat 1, and follow the instructions on the box. HAY SOME ONE HAS TO TELL HER.

It doesn't look different on the outside the only thing that has changed is something called a hymen in the inside of your is broken which might bleed!!
