Does anyone know how to remove the headrest from an 1985 MR2 seat?

I'm trying the reupholster the seat but i can't figure out how to remove the headrest from the rest of the seat.

nothing special. push the button at the bottom of the headrest and pull up.if you don"t use it very often,sometime it stick so you have to pull harder
