This question was irresistable. Does that make the question bad? I don't find junk food irresistable.
Some things are appealing because they grant pleasure or allow us to acheive a higher status in our own minds. Classically people are blamed for sin, being imperfect and subject to the "errors of the flesh".
I have a theory that the mystical flesh is the primordial matter or clay out of which we are made, a manifestation of pure possibility. Thus for every possibility there must be a person that is a manifestation of that particular type of flesh. If people are balanced, then each person has good and bad qualities. The good qualities give the person some standards to follow in determining what's good. But the bad qualities assure that whatever the person achieves or hungers for is partially flawed.
Yet I agree that there is a perversity to the predicament of human failure, which bespeaks almost of ill intent on the part of some great power.

if you starve yourself of fat then the body will want it. if you starve yourself of chicken then your body will crave it. you need some of everything on the planet. its what makes the world go round. life is what you make of it. if you saw antarctica you would see in some areas just open land with just grass without ice and no trees. if you dig deeper into other places you see that you can use the resources and make what you want. junk food is not bad. it is just not needed by the body in large quantities. everybody has different cravings and desires. that is why we have a lot of different things to choose. life was made to be irresistable.

My wife and I talk about this all the time, why is all the good stuff bad for you. Candy, greasy food, too much booze, expensive whores..... I think it is God's way of tempting us and help make us stronger. Or just a cruel joke.

I would have to say most "bad" Things were created to tempt us . They are attractive, inviting, usually provide instant satisfaction or gratification, and most importantly they entice you to the point where th urge inside yourself is to strong or convincing to be resisted. .
