It's gonna hurt. I used the jelly bracelets that seem oh so popular. Although I started off at a 14. It all depends on how big you're going? I made it to a zero.

do it slowly in time and yes do it with a taper which can be purchased if you look for body piercing online alot of those sites sell them.
