Depending on the circumstances and if all parties are ok with the situation -- Why not? If you are in a safe environment with a family member, it can be very beneficial to have a strong role model, other than a parent.

That's a complicated question because there are so many different things that could be factors in it...
I grew up living with my grandparents and both of my parents were still alive, but were kind of young and irresponsible, so ... it was better all the way around, even thought it was sometimes hard for me to process/understand/accept and it was sometimes uncomfortable to explain to my friends & stuff like that. But it was worth it -- when I got old enough to choose, I chose to stay with my grandparents, and it was the smartest thing I ever did.
I think the best place for you to live is where you feel safe and nurtured and where your needs are met -- and I don't mean where you're spoiled & allowed to do whatever you want -- but where you feel a sense of home & belonging and there is stability and there are rules that protect & guide you & teach you how to make good choices.
Good luck to you!

It is okay if it is okay with you. You choose. It is possible, and in some situations there's a good reason, in some there's not. It depends. So, if it's right, yes, it's fine.
