Try some of those necklaces with big, wooden beads. Or if you're not allowed to do that, you could try a cute pin or brooch. Or...let's see...ummmmm....you could try cute belts and stuff like that. That's about all I can come up with, so, good luck!

Well what I would do is wear a cami underneath, and buy polos that have more than three buttons so that the cami shows.
Another would be buying polos with little symbols like the moose in abercrombie and stuff. Or buy polos and iron on something you like.
You can also wear double polos like with and red or gray and red, be creative.
As far as the bottoms go, low rise Jeans are usually more flattering, there is not much you can do there. But instead of accessorizing the Jean getting different pairs of shoes might help your uniform be more you.

Try cute ribbon in your hair and lots of silver jewelry. Shoes are always very important, try some cute heels or wedge sandals. High heeled leather loafers are the usual sexy school girl look.

it depends, are you a prep, or an "i don't care"
I don't care- rip your long sleave shirt sleaves, and add extra fabric to it, makes it flare
prep- can you add ribbons?
if you go to wal-mart, there are kits in the crafts that make the flare sleaves.
