Sometimes I have to put up with a lot of crap at work, but everyone has a breaking point. I will not start something, but I will not stand by and let someone make constant insults. When I am pressed to the limit, I have been known to go on a verbal rampage. Even if the person is a preacher, I will not back down until I feel like I have had the last word.

I stick up for myself now, it didn't always be that way. I used to put up with crap and then I decided to surround myself with people that wouldn't give me any. I'd take it for so long and then explode. It was no way to live happily.

I am never around people that would give me crap... but maybe that is because they know I wouldn't put up with it so they just don't say it at all? Haha, well my friends and I do tease eachother a lot, but never hurtfully.

I stick to a strict policy of picking and choosing my battles.

Some things are worth standing up for. Some things aren't. If you stand up for anything, or stand up for nothing at all, you will not earn respect and lead a happy life.
