Well. I'm a big Bob Dylan fan too. And if you ask Bob, he will tell you; it means whatever you think it means. Bob Dylan, to the best of my knowledge, never explained a song. There are no right, or wrong answers.

Does anybody know the answer to the question you have asked, I am going to search through our music and see if I can find the song, I am intrigued now, I really liked the song but I have never questioned what it means..If I find out I will include it in my answer later ...
