It takes real courage to stand up for what you know is right and what you believe; whether that means not doing something you know is wrong (resisting peer pressure), or doing something that is the right thing to do, although it means putting yourself at risk (humiliation, loss of job, physical, etc.)

This is a question of ethics: an important question, and one that should be thought about. It is the root of news events such as Enron, "weapons of mass destruction" news from Iraq, down to daily things such as how do you treat your neighbor or the homeless person you meet on the street.

when a pesident get a chance to veto a bill,one of the ways he/she can do it is a pocket veto where he puts the bill in his pocket and forgets about it. if congress is NOTin session the bill is dead but if congress IS in session 10 days the bill automatically becomes a LAW which makes the pres. look like a fool for not doing anything about it--thus the coward either way!! most modern pres. prefer not to use this method for that reason.

He was too much of a wuss to do the right thing because it was harder than the wrong thing. The second part is basically a repetition of the first statement.
