No, but I stuffed a maxipad in front once. The reason was that I was getting a chemical peel done on my inner thighs to remove stretchmarks and this dizzy girl almost burned my balls on the previous session. Was taking no chances, lol

I've never seen it that I know of. I know that some immature teenage boys will put a wad of socks in their pants, but it's a waste of time. Most women don't even pay that much attention to the crotch area of men when they see them. Usually for women, they tend to notice the face, hair, and butt.
