You didn't say how much you were bleeding. When I was pregnant, I had bleeding and cramping around the time my period was supposed to come. They doctor told me that was normal. I have a healty 3 year old daughter now. If it is heavy bleeding, go to your doctor ASAP!!!

If you're having serious cramps it may be a miscarriage, in which case I'm very sorry. If they are not too bad it might just be your period, and you may have had a false positive.

During my 1st pregnancy I found out I was pregnant in mid-May. In early June I started having heavy, bright red bleeding and horrible cramps that I could not walk or even stand through. My doctors did an ultrasound and discovered that I had conceived twins but only one had survived; the other was miscarried. It was horrible, both physically and emotionally painful, but my son was carried to term and is very healthy today, four years later.

I hope your ultrasound goes well tomorrow.

You may be having some inplantation bleeding. It's normal. But then again, if you are bleeding and cramping a lot, it may be something more serious. If you are bleeding like you are having a heavy period, then you may need to go to the ER.
Your doctor will be able to tell you more tomorrow.
Good Luck.

It is not uncommon to bleed during pregnancy. Watch for very heavy bleeding, like soaking one pad per hour, along with heavy cramping. Those are signs of a miscarriage. If you are really worried about it see your OBGYN for a check-up to confirm everything is OK.

It's possible you're having a miscarriage. I'd go to the ER. Sadly, there isn't anything they can do if you're already miscarrying. But if they can find a heartbeat then it means you're probably not having a miscarriage. Finding out right away is best.

call your Dr you could be miscarrying the sooner you get to a Dr the better if you are then the pain will only get way worse and it is better to get medicated now then to go through that kind of pain and the chances of saving the baby are better though still not good good luck i truly sympathize

If your OBGYN told you to wait till tomorrow, I would be shocked. I would call your OBGYN and see if you can go in tonight. You can leave a message with the answering service and they can page your Dr. If things get worse, get yourself to the hospital.

Good luck and take care.
